Stamped Concrete Design: Grey Color & Stone Design
Stamped concrete is concrete that has been imprinted, or that is patterned, textured, or embossed to resemble brick, slate, flagstone, stone, tile, wood, or various other patterns and textures. It is then finished with a sealer that gives it a glossy finish. Sealer should be applied once a year to get maximum results.

We can patch, pave and repair lots and roads of any size. No project is too large or too small for our team. We always make sure to use top-of-the-line equipment and products to provide you with the best asphalt and paving services. For most cases, there are two components that play into the production: a Binder and Surface layer. The thickness could vary based on usage of lot, area being covered, foundation stability, etc. And best of all, we always make sure to never scant any extra material on any project.

Satyr’s Construction LLC. offers commercial snow plowing services in Chicago, IL, and surrounding areas. We mainly focus on the properties that have a lot of area to cover. These companies are, but are not limited to, industrial companies, small businesses with parking lots etc. As for areas in the city, hospitals and schools are our specialty. We have a team of shovelers for hard to reach areas and stairs, snow blowers for pathways and sidewalks, and a skid steer for all the heavy-duty work. At the end of the job, we add salt to all areas to avoid slipping.

Our Projects
Every project we on is done in the most effective and efficient way possible. For that reason, some projects might be done in a swift manner. While other, more complex in nature, might take a longer to process and accomplish.
In the same way we do not skimp out any material for the costumer, we do not skimp out on any machinery that is essential to a job site. That makes us different from the competitors. We never dwell on the idea of investing and maintaining our machinery. We are aware that we are only as good as the performance of our machines and they are crucial to the quality work that we provide.
Many commercial companies know how intense snow, rain and wind can be on their properties. For that reason, we fix erosion by either bringing Asphalt Grinding or Gravel to the location, all while having an operator level the surface.
It has been our pleasure to work for major companies and their facilities across Chicago and surrounding areas. Our most common service- in the asphalt category- is the Remove and Replace option. Coming in second place would be our Sealer service. These projects, although different in nature, have similar allocations that we have mastered. We have dealt with projects ranging from 4,000 to 75,000 in square footage. We know that working effectively and knowledgeable, we are able to finalize the service in a shorter time frame.
Concrete, being one of our specialties, has allowed us to stay ranked as one of the Highest Ranked Concrete Contractors in Chicago. We are aware that everyone has a particular skill that they master. At Satyr’s, we push for innovation by delivering a variety of spectrums to our satisfied customers. For example, we might have an individual who performs a particular job like a concrete curb and have it later finished with our top of the line asphalt touch.

Meet the Founder
The story begins with Damian Valdez Jr. Ever since a child, he has always been very attentive and experimental, wanting to absorb and understand new concepts. For that reason, he found himself delighted with the notion of capitalism and owning a business. Consequently, during the 2007 recession, his Father decided to risk it all and open his own concrete business. Thanks to that vital moment, Damian learned under his Father’s teachings of what it meant to be a man of his word and pursue things objectively and correctly. Ever since those days, Damian embedded having a good relationship with his clients and making an effort to give quality work.
Years later, he studied Finance and Business Analytics at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), where he further developed his entrepreneurial skills and emotional intelligence. These expertise allowed him to mature into a versatile person that is able to work in complex and stressful situations, always open to growth that will invigorate and stimulate the mind. He aspires to further sharpen his venture capitalist skills through the growth of financial analytics and a constant goal to succeed alongside those around him.
As of now, Damian has established a harmonies connection with his clients and teams. He knows that if he continues this path, he will improve the functionality and aesthetics of construction work all over the neighborhoods of Chicago and surrounding areas. This mindset and actions will be the foundation for future goals and aspirations.
Damian aims to later use the advancement of technology to create a platform where top contractors can put their informations and generate work. The difference between this application and the rest is that Damian has first hand experience with contractors and the needs of the client. There will be a template of rules that need to be followed, in order to have maximum success for both parties. As of now, the goal is to be the best contractor possible in order to be the best mentor possible for the generations to come.
